We created Omega Logic with a simple but powerful belief: advanced, responsible AI should be accessible to everyone.

Omega Logic was built and funded by our company, Sound Strategies. For more than 30 years, Sound Strategies has been an IT provider and digital development partner for organizations that need technology they can truly rely on. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with clients such as the US Supreme Court Blog, Consumer Reports, Northwell Health, and many of the world’s largest online publishers.

Our development team specializes in all aspects of AI development, from core architecture and security to real-world deployment at scale. That depth of experience is what made Omega Logic possible.

Why We Built Omega Logic

We believe we are living through the most critical moment of the technology revolution. AI will impact every business—and every human. With that impact comes responsibility.

We have deep concerns about how AI is created, deployed, and used. Ethical design, trust, and long-term human benefit are not optional—they are essential. Omega Logic was built with these values at its core.

For us, this journey is also deeply personal.

Andy’s mom is 98 years old, and our children are under 10. That wide generational gap became the original inspiration for creating digital twins that could serve both legacy and education use-cases—preserving knowledge, values, and voice on one end of life, while supporting learning and growth on the other.

Because these two use-cases are so different, we knew the platform had to be incredibly flexible. That challenge pushed us to design Omega Logic so it could support nearly any AI use-case, not just the ones we started with.

Experience That Shaped the Platform

Andy previously co-founded, architected, and served as lead engineer for Eternos, which is internationally recognized for creating the world’s first legacy AI (Michael Bommer, Germany). That experience deeply influenced how we think about memory, identity, trust, and the long-term role AI can play in human lives.

Combined with decades of digital development experience at Sound Strategies, we set out to build something enduring.
