Initial Setup and Deployment
The minimum costs appear below. The total cost of the initial setup is based on several factors:
- The volume and structure of your content
- Whether you are creating an AI agent or an AI web assistant
- Whether your AI assistant is Public or Private (access to visitors is restricted by a login)
- The effort required to customize the appearance of the chat interface to match your branding
- The degree of complexity for functions supported by the AI
- The effort needed to support, create, and/or integrate custom APIs or user interfaces based on your requirements
Note: All plans include access to our administration panel, allowing you to manage, edit, and enhance your AI’s knowledge which is sufficient for most web-assistant use cases. For advanced data workflows, our development team can build custom tools to format and upload your data directly into the Omega Logic knowledge base.
One-time Creation Cost
Public AI Web Assistants
These web assistants replace traditional navigation, search, and contact forms. They are hosted by us and are embedded directly into any website. For most use-cases, these are typically built and deployed within a few hours using our templates. Our team can work with you to build a web assistant for any unique use-case.

Private AI Web Assistants
Visitors need to login to access these web assistants. For WordPress users, this is managed by the free WordPress plugin. For Non-WordPress implementations, choose from configuring a visitor login management service provided by us or building/integrating a custom API using your user database.
